The Venue & Traveling

Are you staying with us?

Check-in: Friday 9/4/26 @ 4PM

Check-out: Monday 9/7/26 @11AM

Eight rooms are available and we’d love to have our out-of-towners stay with us. If you have a specific room request, please let us know – we’d love to accommodate you. Room information is available here on the Nordic Hill Manor website. Upon Friday check-in we will be provided with a private door code for the main entrance. We’ll be sure to share this with everyone so peoples can come and go.

We also plan on stocking the manor with with food and drink. Many of the rooms have a kitchenette with mini-fridge, and there are two full kitchens in the manor (and an outdoor BBQ). If you have any special food or drink requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Our plan is to do a big lasagna dinner for everyone on Friday, and a catered dinner on Saturday. Outside of this we’ll have lots of breakfast items, snacks, sandwiches, and goodies on hand.

How will you be traveling?

Directions from the Airport to the Venue

Toll Bridge & Tacoma Narrows

From SeaTac airport there is a toll bridge at the Tacoma Narrows bridge. The toll is one way (leaving) from Bremerton out to Tacoma. So you won’t hit in on the way in, but it will get you on the way out.

There are options to pay by cash & card just before the bridge – we highly recommend this, otherwise the cameras will take pictures of your plates and mail the bill out – which could be bad if you are in a rental!

By Rail & Ferry (click here)

The Sound Transit Light Link Rail 1 Line can take you from SeaTac/Airport to Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle, which is only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal.

For more information on the rail, please visit:
https://www.soundtransit.org/ride-with-us/stations/link-light-rail-stations

The walk from Pioneer Square station to the Ferry Terminal is roughly 8 minutes.

Ferry Options

At the Seattle Ferry terminal there are several options for boats you can walk on to take you to Bremerton:

Fast Ferry – catamarans that are really fast. Fast Ferry schedule here.

Big Boats – are the larger (slower) vessels that take vehicles. You can walk onto these as a pedestrian and hang out in the galley! We recommend grabbing a cup of cafe vita coffee and eating some tater-tots. Schedule is here.

It would be no problem for us to pick you up on the Bremerton side.
We live in East Bremerton!
